Our farm grows 33 distinct apple family species in a mixed organic orchard setting.

These are primarily cider varieties: Baldwin, Binet Rogue, Dabinett, Golden Russet, Karmijn de Sonneville, Kingston Black, Muscadet de Dieppe, Puget Spice, Spitzenburg Esopus, Vilberie, Wickson Crab, Coloradona, Matai, Medaille Pior, Sommerset Red, Stoke Red, Yarlington Mill, Belle de Boskoop, Winesap, Golden Delicious, Sylvestris, Snowdrift, Budagovsky 118, EMLA 7, and one unknown variety.

We also grow a few different eating varieties including: Akane, Cox Orange Pippin, Liberty, Melrose, McIntosh, Red Delicious, Yellow Transparent, and Rome.
